Founder's Story
“Anything is possible” has never been a slogan to me — it’s a belief and a practice.
I started opening door at a five-star hotel in China. 20 years later, I open doors between Germany and China.
I’ve turned many “impossible” things into reality:from a small town in Southwest China to Beijing, Shanghai, and Munich; from a college dropout to earning my bachelor’s and MBA while working full time;
from serving global brands like IHG, BMW, Airbus, and Porsche to founding my own firm abroad.
China’s transformation shaped me. Hard work and resilience lifted me, and my income grew a hundredfold. I worked long hours, traveled 40+ countries, and lived by one belief: one’s word is one’s bond.
Munich changed my pace. For the first time in my life, I feel I have enough — I’m happy with what I have and who I am. And because of that, I want to give back.
That’s why I founded my firm: to build trustful bridges between Germany and China. Today, I work independently with trusted partners, helping companies collaborate with integrity and excellence.
