Cookies and browser storage

This website sets no cookies. It stores nothing in your browser's local storage or session storage either. There is no login, no shopping cart and no personalisation that would require anything to be kept on your device.

There are no tracking pixels, no web analytics tools and no social media plugins. Fonts, images and scripts are served from our own server; while you browse these pages, your browser does not connect to Google Fonts, to a CDN or to any other external provider. A consent banner is therefore not required.

Two things step outside that, and both only when you act. The map on the contact page loads only when you explicitly request it, and from that moment Google may set cookies. And the contact form transmits your entries only when you submit them – but then to a service in the People’s Republic of China. The “Contact form” and “Google Maps” sections below describe both in detail.

Independently of this website, you can restrict or delete cookies in your browser. Your browser's help pages explain how. It changes nothing on this site.

Server log files

When you open a page, your browser sends technically necessary data to the server of our hosting provider, which stores it in log files:

  • IP address of the requesting device
  • date and time of the request
  • name and address of the file retrieved
  • amount of data transferred and confirmation that the request succeeded
  • browser type, browser version and operating system
  • the page visited before (referrer), if your browser sends it

The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. Our legitimate interest lies in operating the site technically, delivering the pages and defending against attacks. We do not merge this data with other sources and do not evaluate it in relation to individuals.

Hosting provider: IONOS SE, Elgendorfer Straße 57, 56410 Montabaur, Deutschland. A data processing agreement under Article 28 GDPR is in place with the provider. Log files are kept for 30 days.

Contact form

When you submit the form on the contact page, your browser sends the entries straight to a form service that receives them on our behalf. It runs at yun-api.sungdell.com and is operated by the provider of the website platform caihongjianzhan.com, based in the People's Republic of China. First name, last name, email address, subject and message are transmitted; for technical reasons the service also receives your device's IP address.

The legal basis for the processing is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR where your enquiry relates to entering into or performing a contract, otherwise Article 6(1)(f) GDPR based on our interest in responding to enquiries.

China is a third country for which the European Commission has not issued an adequacy decision. A level of data protection equivalent to the European one is not guaranteed there: under Chinese law, state authorities may access data without your having remedies comparable to those available in the Union. We base the transfer on your explicit consent under Article 49(1)(a) GDPR, which you give by submitting the form in the knowledge of those risks; a note to that effect sits directly beside the form.

You do not have to use the form. You can reach us just as well by email at info@anniethingispossible.com or by phone on +49 174 1614 699. Neither route involves a transfer to China.

We delete messages received through the form once your matter has been dealt with conclusively and no statutory retention periods apply.

Contact by email and phone

If you write or call, we process your details in order to answer your enquiry. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR where the enquiry relates to entering into or performing a contract, otherwise Article 6(1)(f) GDPR based on our interest in responding to enquiries.

We delete the data once your matter has been dealt with conclusively and no statutory retention periods apply. Commercial correspondence is subject to German commercial and tax retention periods of six and ten years respectively.

Google Maps

On the contact page you can display a Google Maps map. The map loads only when you explicitly request it. Before that, no connection to Google is established and no data is transmitted.

When you click “Load map”, your browser transmits your IP address and other data to Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. Transfer to Google LLC in the United States cannot be ruled out. Google may set cookies in this context and process data for its own purposes; we have no influence over that processing.

The legal basis is your consent under Article 6(1)(a) GDPR, given by that click. You can withdraw it at any time by reloading the page; the map then waits to be requested again. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before it. Details are set out in Google's privacy policy.

Your rights

You have the following rights towards us:

  • access to the data stored about you (Article 15 GDPR)
  • rectification of inaccurate data (Article 16 GDPR)
  • erasure (Article 17 GDPR)
  • restriction of processing (Article 18 GDPR)
  • data portability (Article 20 GDPR)
  • objection to processing based on Article 6(1)(f) GDPR (Article 21 GDPR)
  • withdrawal of consent with effect for the future (Article 7(3) GDPR)

Please use the address above. Independently of this, you may lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (Article 77 GDPR). The authority responsible for us is the Bavarian Data Protection Authority (Bayerisches Landesamt für Datenschutzaufsicht), Promenade 27, 91522 Ansbach, Germany.
